SMEX 2018

As in the previous format, the Surabaya Music Expo (SMEX) exhibition held at the Grand City Surabaya Exhibition Hall from May 3–6, 2018, was divided into two areas. The outdoor area featured Line Array/FOH speaker demos, while the indoor area housed booths showcasing and selling musical instruments, sound systems, pro-audio speakers, lighting, and LED products.

Sinar Baja Electric participated by showcasing the latest ACR speaker drivers such as the Fabulous Series 12” PA-75127, the 15” subwoofer PA-113156, and several other models. Additionally, we brought speaker system products from RHYME PROFESSIONAL AUDIO. At the SMEX 2018 exhibition, RHYME PROFESSIONAL AUDIO introduced several new products including the single 15” subwoofer RM 115 SB MKIV, Class D power amplifiers R4500 and R7000, the dual 10-inch 2-way Line Array speaker (RM 103 LA), and the 18-inch double subwoofer RM 1283 SB, which were demoed in the outdoor area. The Line Array RM 126 LA single 12-inch 3-way series was also demonstrated.

Visitors came not only to enjoy the sound but also to share their experiences and exchange insights about using ACR, Rhyme, and other brands' speaker products, serving as a motivation for us to continue innovating the best loudspeaker products.
