Rhyme Sound Check with KS3

On June 12, 2023, the Semarang Sound System Community (KS3) visited Sinar Baja Electric for a factory tour and to check out Rhyme Professional Audio sound. KS3 is the oldest community in Semarang city and has up to 50 teams as members.

Besides wanting to test the sound of Rhyme speakers, they came to Sinar Baja Electric to learn about the process of making speakers and speaker boxes.

“We are very proud that there is a factory producing speakers in Indonesia, especially in Surabaya. If we hadn’t stopped here, we probably wouldn’t have known,” said Catur (Yoyok), one of the KS3 members.

KS3 members also listened to demos of Rhyme speakers, including 6 boxes of the Line Array RM 81 LA and 2 boxes of RM 81 FSB. For subwoofers, a custom box with 6 units of 18in double Fabulous 113186 was used. There were also demos of the RM 225 MK 3 and the RM 1283 SB subwoofer.

At the end of the event, several KS3 members added a live sound check by playing musical instruments live, such as an organ and drums, to better enjoy and demonstrate the Rhyme speakers.

We consider this truly remarkable,” said Alpianto, the head of KS3.
