Review – Syawalan Sound System Parade Yogyakarta

The event organized by the Yogyakarta Sound System Community carried the theme “Gathering and Nostalgia with Audio Friends.” The concept remained the same as the previous year, featuring a Fun SPL competition, product demos by the community, sponsor product bazaars, and entertainment stage shows. Our brand (RHYME) showcased the Line Array RM 103 LA and Subwoofer RM 1283 SB with a 6x4 box configuration. A total of 15 sponsors participated in the Line Array demo, including: RHYME, Trendy Audio, RDW, Sound Queen, Turbosound, Huper, GNA Music, N9, Biema, Best, Wisdom, SPL Audio, JK Coustik, and Martin Coustik.

At the bazaar, visitors were very enthusiastic about the Syawalan exhibition. This year showed improvement both in terms of visitor numbers and speaker driver sales. The best-selling products included 10in 2560, 12in (3060, 75125), 18in (100182, 127187, 113182), CD 4 and 4B Excellent, and PRODIGY Series 15in (15600, 15900), 18in 18900, along with other products like 18in Deluxe, 18in Premier, and 18in Excellent. Around 30 other bazaar stands also participated, including Elmora Rosok, RDW, Sound Queen, Ashley, Angkasa Bandung, SPL, JK Coustic, CAF, Turbosound, Melodia Jogja, Kairos, Best Audio, JIC Fatur, lighting stands, and local stores from the Yogyakarta area.
