Review – Nguntir Bareng Exhibition by Jombang Sound System Community #2

The Jombang Sound System Community (PSSJombang) held an exhibition, sound demo, and competition among rental companies in Tunggureno District, Jombang, on June 18–19, 2022. This was the second event organized by PSSJombang. The purpose of this exhibition was to strengthen the solidarity of fellow rental crews, especially in the Jombang area and surroundings. It also served as a platform for technical competition (mixing contest) and sound system neatness.

In each competition category, there were three main winners who received prizes ranging from speaker drivers and mixers to power amplifiers. The prizes were largely supported by sponsors, which contributed to the participants’ high enthusiasm for competing in the various categories organized by the committee.

Visitors and participants came from the local Jombang area and even from Central Java. The ACR booth attracted a lot of attention from both visitors and participants. Visitors were able to see and receive direct information about ACR products.

In addition to the ACR booth, there was also a demo of Rhyme products, which included the latest 8-inch line array (6 units of RM 81 LA type) and 15-inch line array flying subwoofer (2 units of RM 151 FSB type). For the subwoofers, they brought six double 18-inch boxes, type RM 1283 SB. This product demo also served as an introduction to Rhyme’s new products, highlighting their strong vocal character.
