As you may have heard or seen on social media, the CV Sinar Baja Electric (SBE) factory did indeed experience a fire this September. You might already know that SBE operates four factories—the SBE headquarters in Surabaya, plus facilities in Pandaan, Wonoayu, and Nganjuk. This unfortunate incident occurred at the Nganjuk plant.
We understand that this news raises concerns among fans of Sinar Baja Electric products. We are working closely with the relevant authorities to address the situation and are carrying out recovery efforts as quickly as possible.
Production activities previously handled at SBE Nganjuk—such as cone and speaker assembly—are being relocated to SBE Surabaya. This ensures that orders from agents and authorized dealers, as well as the needs of ACR users, continue to be processed and distributed on schedule.
Our existing programs, ranging from social media events to factory tours, are proceeding as usual. In fact, we are currently conducting sound checks for factory tours with three community groups scheduled for tomorrow morning. For those unable to attend a factory tour in person, you can still participate in our social media events, such as:
- My SBE Points Lucky Draw (Period II 2025)
- My SBE 2026 Prize Survey
- ACR Sound Carnival (ongoing while shopping vouchers last)
Community groups interested in visiting the SBE factory are welcome to contact our marketing team via the WhatsApp number below.
Stay tuned for more exciting events from Sinar Baja Electric, as we continue our operations as usual.
Best regards,
