As part of its commitment to improving customer satisfaction, the ACR team invited customers to participate in a survey available through the My SBE app. In addition to providing valuable feedback, participants also had the chance to win exciting prizes from ACR. Here’s the list of prizes:

How to join the survey:

1. Fill out the Google Form by clicking the survey banner inside the My SBE App.

2. After completing the survey, winners were selected randomly.

3. Event period: May 2 – June 15, 2024

4. Winners announcement: June 21, 2024 on ACR's social media and in the My SBE app

5. Prize delivery: End of June 2024
