ACR ENTHUSIASTS SHOWCASE THEIR SKILLS AT BANGKALAN SOUND RACING 2025

In mid-May 2025, the Tretan Bangkalan Sound System Community (KSTB) held the Bangkalan Sound Racing 2025 event at the northern field of the Karapan Sapi arena in Petrah Village, Tanah Merah District, Bangkalan. Various brands participated as main sponsors. As one of the largest driver companies in Southeast Asia, Sinar Baja Electric was also present, showcasing ACR Rhyme Desibel as its main brand. The event began with an opening ceremony by the organizers, followed by sound demos from the sponsors, as well as a mixing event and SPL (Sound Pressure Level) racing competition for participants.

More than 30 rental companies participated in this competition, and among them, the 1st to 3rd place winners of the SPL race were dominated by users of ACR Speakers:

• 1st Place SPL Race: TJ Audio, using 18in PA-127187 SW Fab speaker.

• 2nd Place SPL Race: Safa Audio, using 18in PA-127188 SW Fab speaker.

• 3rd Place SPL Race: MB Audio, using 18in PA-127188 SW Fab speaker.

After the competition, many rental companies and visitors came to the ACR Rhyme Desibel booth to ask about product specifications. Many of them shared their experiences using ACR Speaker products.

“I really like the Fabulous series because over long-term use, even all day, the sound quality doesn't degrade,” said the owner of Wijaya Audio, who is also the chairman of the Madura Sound System Association.
“I hope ACR continues to grow, becomes more successful, and keeps up with the times. I’m very happy that our 'tortoise' brand speaker can evolve with the times. The Fabulous series used to be only for rentals, but now it can be used in competitions too,” he added.
He has been using ACR Speaker products since 2008 and has never encountered any issues with the speakers.

At this event, Rhyme did not perform a demo alongside the other sponsors. However, visitors could still enjoy the sound from two RM 225 M Mk4 boxes and two custom paraflex boxes (18in PA-113188 SW Fab) placed in front of the booth. To support the sound system, Rhyme used its top amplifiers: R4500, R7000, and R17000.
